My car was changed to Ford escape model, but we didn't have any problems anyway. The roof tent was really warm, so we could sleep very well. Overall, our journey in Iceland was really good and beautiful. I think that rent a car was the best choice. In addition, I want to highlight the service by the company when I asked you for more information few months ago. Liam was really kind and professional, helping us a lot with all our doubts. I am so happy my husband and I chose Camping Cars. They met us at the airport to bring us to our car. They were also very helpful with giving tips on where to shop and general tips about traveling in Iceland. We will definitely be using Camping Cars again.

We had a great experience with Camping Cars. The car we had booked online wasn't ready when we arrived, so we got a different one and they gave us a discount on the final price. Everyone we spoke to was super helpful not just with the car itself but also giving us tips and lots of information for our route. Good price for a good car that I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Very quick to keep us informed and answer emails. Airport pickup worked out great. The car and wifi worked great the entire time. The tent was excellent, even in Icelandic weather. I highly recommend!

Our trip began with an enthusiastic welcome from the Camping Cars representative at the airport. The experiencing picking up the car was very smooth and the representative even gave us a recommended route based on what we wanted to see. His recommendations did not disappoint. The tent held up well to the rain and wind and kept us warm and dry. It was quick and easy to set up. We enjoyed the freedom the SUV with a tent provided. If we go back to Iceland we will definitely consider booking through them again. The representative we returned the car to and took us back to the airport was also super upbeat and genuinely wanted to know how our trip was.

The service of CampingCars was amazing - can recommend 100%. We had a technical issue on the road and Bogi (from CampingCars) managed to resolve it with lightning speed and to our satisfaction, fixed issue temporarily so that we could continue while he sent another car to meet us on the road and switch. Therefore we lost no time and could stick to the plan. Highly recommend.

Wonderful group of people, from our pickup and drop off drivers, to the agent that helped get us set up with our trusty little camping car. They gave us great tips on getting around and all the good sites to help us find camping sites, nearby hot springs, and check for updated road conditions. We even got alerts from them throuout our trip with alerts regarding severe weather conditions to help us stay safe. Highly recommend spending a little extra to have WiFi for the vehicle.

We had an excellent experience with Camping Cars. They picked us up from the airport, explained everything well. It was my first time driving on the right hand side of road and also an automatic car. Staff was really friendly and helpful, especially when I needed assistance with something. I would highly recommend this company. The roof tent was really easy to set up and put away. Very comfortable and just enough room for myself and my 2 children. Also good in windy conditions.

We were more than satisfied with the car and the rooftent. It is super easy to set it up and it also keeps rain outside. The matrace is thick enough to feel comfy. It was a very good way of experiencing iceland. The only info that was missing a bit was how long it actually is. For people who are 1.90m and taller it can get tight. Also, if the car key is kept in the tent, one can still open the car by pressing the button on the door.. maybe something to think about. But I guess in Iceland it is not such big a deal anyway. Otherwise it was all perfectly fine. The pickup and return of the car was absolutely easy and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this company!

The experience was really good, and the service excellent. The only thing I would suggest is that their cars have some aux port or bluetooth to listen to music. Or cds to listen to. Takk fyrir! Milagros
